Our products are made fresh at the time of order, please allow 1 to 5 business days to receive your order.
In case of an unusual delay, you will be contacted via email.
If you have not received your order confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us and we’ll be happy to forward the confirmation to you.
Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from the time payment is received.
Canadian Orders - We use Canada Post to ship, which translates to lower shipping costs to you. Tracking numbers are provided for shipment within Canada.
Products are packaged in cardboard boxes with Eco peanut stuffing or bubble wrapped envelopes for smaller items.
American orders - We endeavour to use the lowest cost shipping option available at time of sale, which normally does not include a tracking number. If you wish to have your items ship with a tracking number please send us an email and your shipment will be upgraded to your preference. You will be notified and billed for any additional cost.
International orders - Purchasers are responsible for all Custom Fees.
Lost and Damaged Items
Nature's Pure Bliss International Inc. is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, and lies within the responsibility of Canada postal service and any other courier services which is used at the time of shipment. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk.
